Brent is the best trainer in Los Angeles. I drive one hour about three times A week just to go train with him. I began to train with him in early April. I told him from the start that I've been stuck in the same body fat and have not been able to reduce it no matter how many workouts I did. Sure enough within 1 month I lost about 3% body fat and I was noticing the pounds go down. Brent will push your body and challenge it he knows what will work with everyone to reach their goals. I've been noticing my body change and tone up and I love it. He's also A very nice person and very caring and not A douchebag like some trainers in LA. I'm loving my progress and I love how my body is transforming. I get compliments from many people how much better I look. Brent is an awesome trainer if you are in LA he is the guy to go to.

I began taking his TRX classes 3 years ago and became addicted to TRX! His knowledge of TRX is extensive. Recently we switched from classes to personal training and I see him about once or twice a week. I absolutely love the way he trains, he explains things very well and is super patient. Oh, and he's pretty funny too :)


He is also very knowledgeable about vitamins and supplements. He definitely pushes you and is very motivational. He's always in a great mood, which is helpful on those days when I'm not in a great mood! I have recommended him to many of my friends and they've taken his TRX classes and personal training sessions. If you are in the market for a great personal trainer, definitely contact Brent.
